The procedures I had at this clinic unfortunately affected my health and resulted in an unexpected situation where I needed further medical care. I am sharing my experience as a patient and a mother who values health and safety. I recently underwent a filler/skin booster procedure at this clinic, expecting proper care and clear communication. Unfortunately, my experience was different from what I had hoped: • I was not shown the packaging of the product before use • I was not given full details about it • The injections were already prepared before I entered the room, which left me uncertain Within hours, I experienced swelling, fever, and discomfort that required hospital treatment and observation overnight. This was actually the second time I had a similar experience after a procedure here, which made me more cautious. From my visits I noticed: • I needed medical follow-up after two separate procedures • The details about the products were not clearly explained each time At first, it was thought I might be sensitive to a certain type of filler, but when it happened again with a different one, I started to feel that clearer communication and process may be needed. The offers here are very competitive compared to other clinics, which can be appealing, but I now think it’s important to also look at what is included in terms of explanation and aftercare. My advice to other patients: • Always ask to see the packaging of the product • Request details such as brand and expiry date • Make sure you fully understand the procedure and pricing before committing • Compare offers carefully across clinics For reference, I paid AED 1,500 for 2 syringes, plus another AED 1,500 in advance for a second session. While my experience was challenging, I am sharing it so others can make more informed decisions when considering treatment options.
