a month agoHey everyone want to share you my best experience since I come Abu Dhabi I had visited this salon suddenly just by reading reviews and I found them amazing with fair price I used hair steam,morocco bath with Rahel and french gel polish with Hana they are both from Ethiopia and Rahel is well experienced with great hospitality her treatments and her dedication for the work is way more than I expected I felt relaxed after the bath I gave it 12/10 and the gel polish looks really amazing it didn’t even took long time and it’s really cute with a natural looks. The whole stuff is well mannered and experienced with great smile on their face So for anyone who lives in Abu Dhabi or if ur even here for vacation I highly recommend you to check this salon before you go anywhere and u will thank me later. 2 months agoI’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for 5 years, and over that time, I’ve consistently experienced clean, professional, and friendly service. The team truly cares about their clients, and it shows in every visit. I want to give a special shoutout to Hana for my pedicure and manicure — she is incredibly skilled, gentle, and always delivers perfect results. Fitum also does a wonderful job with my hair every time, ensuring it looks healthy and stylish. However, I do need to point out that Eric’s behavior is unacceptable, as he has shown disrespect toward both clients and employees. This is disappointing, as it detracts from an otherwise excellent experience. One small area for improvement would be the availability of coffee and tea for customers — it would make the salon experience even more enjoyable. Overall, despite these minor issues, the salon provides exceptional service, and the rest of the team is highly professional, attentive, and friendly. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality beauty services. 💅
