in the last weekI tried to book appointment through their Dm on instagram, i was asking about available slots to book and to see if its convenient for me , the lady kept asking for my phone number to book for me but i asked her to tell the timings first to see if i can come or no , she was impossible to have a normal professional conversation with , she kept asking on and on about my phone number to confirm booking , i repeatedly asked her to tell me first the timings available to see if its suitable for me or no , she refused to answer and bloked me on instagram. I REALLY HOPE THE OWNER OF THIS SALON SEE THIS AND REALIZE WHAT KIND OF STAFF HE IS PUTTING BEHIND THE DESK .

6 months agoSo I found this salon on Instagram and I liked the look of their lashes and time frame it took to do as I’m pregnant. I booked around 2 weeks prior to the date I wanted and explained to them that I’m pregnant due in couple of weeks and cannot lay down fully but I can sit in a reclining chair, they said I would need to lay back I said it’s ok but I cannot lay back fully. The appointment was confirmed and received a call the same day. I traveled 30 mins from yas island where I live to try this place. On arrival they made me feel like I was some kind of alien because they saw I was pregnant as if they didn’t know! I told them I mentioned it to you and they insisted they mentioned they couldn’t do my lashes which they never! I told Them to show me where they had said that as if a Brit can’t read English?! Made me feel down right stupid then the tech said she could still do it for me after all the arguing with the reception, I left! And I will never return to this shit hole! The place is tiny and ugly and the staff are awful. Don’t waste your time going there. Abu Dhabi has plenty of salons to choose from!
