The reception was elegant, the staff were very professional and helpful, the work was neat and clean, and the result was even better than I expected. a month agoI wanted to book a lash appointment but thank god I saw that recent review (lights) posted, I even emailed her to see what the salon did to fix the issue and she told me that they kept telling her to go back to the salon to check on the lashes in person or even offer a new set and a refund was rejected which is weird, I do my lashes for 10 years now and for lashes to look that bad in 6 days is shocking and its also shocking that they did not refund right away because all salons refund when the service is bad.
