in the last weekI just finished my appointment for a wash and blow dry, and unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience. I have been using this salon on and off since I moved to Habtoor City and have always left positive reviews in the past, which makes tonight’s situation even more upsetting. First, I did not get my blow dry done by the hairstylist I specifically booked with. Instead, it was done by another staff member without any explanation. She clearly did not know what she was doing. Despite there being no rush in the salon, I spent around 15 minutes waiting unnecessarily, followed by nearly one full hour for a blow dry that was extremely frizzy and poorly done. It honestly looks like I roughly brushed and dried my hair myself at home. I am now going home to fix my hair on my own, which completely defeats the purpose of booking a salon appointment. This experience was far below the standard I have previously known this salon for, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously. It’s not about 250 Dhs but about time lost and back to square one.
