a week agoI visited Memoir Beauty Salon in Business Bay today for a lash treatment. I am satisfied with the work of the lash technician – she did a clean and professional job. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The back room where the lash treatments take place is completely loveless, empty, and feels cold and uncomfortable. The bed is hard and not suitable for long treatments like lash extensions. There is no sense of relaxation at all. In addition, the air conditioning was broken and made very loud, disturbing noises during the entire treatment. There was no music in the room either, so I had to listen to the squeaking and rattling of the AC for 1.5 hours. No drinks were offered, which should be standard in a beauty salon. I have been to many salons, including in Dubai, but I have never experienced such an unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment.
