4 months agoI visited Mehendi Ladies Salon & Spa (Oud Metha) and had a horrible experience. I had booked an appointment for massage and during that time the employer called Reshmi entered the room without knocking. And the lady who was giving me the massage known as Shelo didn’t stop her and and just opened the door instead of asking her what does she need as this is my privacy and I don’t want anyone to intrude just like that. This unexpected interruption felt intrusive and unprofessional. A simple knock would have respected privacy. After all that none of them felt the need to apologize and it really is a shame. I hope the management will give them some training based on privacy because of course this is why the salons have rooms due to privacy otherwise they could do these with transparent mirrors or in the waiting area. One more thing I want to give compliment to Leeya I loved the way Leeya styled my hair! You really listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Thank you! .
