Add on: still no excuse for rude and nasty messages from Irina. Of which i have written proof. Sadly it is all a facade! The niceness and the sweetness. Not once did she apologise or take responsibility! Only here to proclaim publically! Very disappointing and enlightening! Thanks for showing us the reality! Definitely not sending any of my patients to that clinic. Lost my trust! I dont like giving negative reviews but after much consideration and lack of cooperation from Irina i had to. I have to say I am Sorely disappointed with the work ethics and rude manner of Irina. First of all she promised to deliver BHRT to anywhere in the world.  As such I requested for the BHRT to be delivered to Thailand.  Upon which they insisted that I have a consultation with a Doctor. I went ahead and paid for it online. Which they seriously over charged for. 950 DIRHAMS!! The consultation was online with Dr Valentina Ghorashi and after the consultation I asked for an insurance claim form to be signed by Doctor Valentina Ghorashi. She signed and stamped my insurance claim form with Roya Clinic stamp which was different to the invoice which was from Medi Gyn. My insurance company cannot accept the invoice as that is different from the stamp on the BUPA form. Which is stamped by Roya clinic.  And when I asked them to give me the appropriate invoice she said she cant.  Also she has been very rude to me and my insurance company who tried to call her to get the right invoice. When the Insurance company called Irina for the invoice, she hung up on them. In addition the Hormone Replacement therapy + courier service (€150) that I paid for, never got delivered.  And when I have asked for a refund she has totally denied any responsibility. So i have not only lost almost Dirhams 5000 but she has been extremely rude and negligent.  I wanted to just get my refund in this matter but she has completely refused to deliver the Medication she has charged me for and says she has no responsibility for the BHRT to be delivered since she put me directly in touch with the company in Euripe. Which she hasn't. I have been paying her directly not to any company in Europe. And since Thailand does not allow import of any hormonal treatments she then asked me to lie to customs and say it was anti aging cream I refused to lie and so the Thai customs didnt release my BHRT. And Irina has totally refused to take any responsibility for the loss of 5000 dirhams worth of medication and consultation. Shocking behaviour. I have proof of of all our communications. Sadly I would never send her any of my patients, friends or family.
