My experience with nose Botox at this clinic was a complete failure. I had Botox done to reduce and lift the tip of my nose, and they said the results would be visible within a week. It's been over a month, and there's no result or any change whatsoever. The price was extremely high compared to other clinics, and they didn't show me the Botox container or the amount before the injection. They just rushed it and that was it. I felt like their only goal was to get me to pay for another session and fillers, even though they knew the Botox didn't work. The service was terrible, and there was no follow-up after the procedure. A complete waste of money. I don't recommend it. My honest experience with nose Botox and nose slimming at this clinic - with Dr. Ziad. I had the procedure plus the touch-up session and got ZERO results: no slimming, no lifting, no difference at all. The price was extremely overpriced compared to every other clinic in the UAE for the same procedure. The work feels purely commercial. They did not show me the botox box/brand/units before injection, so I have no idea if the material was expired, low quality, or if it was just a failed technique by the doctor - all I know is there was no result at all. I say this with a clear conscience, I do NOT recommend this clinic. Save your money and go to another clinic.

Unfortunately, it was a disastrous experience. I had a nose procedure done, and the result was completely unsuccessful with no visible improvement, despite the very exaggerated prices. What bothered me the most was the lack of transparency—the products/materials were NOT shown to me in the sealed box before the procedure. I felt like their main goal was to lure clients into paying more and more for additional procedures without a clear treatment plan. Poor customer service, zero follow-up after the procedure, and absolutely no results for the amount paid. I do not recommend this clinic and will never go back.

Extremely disappointing experience. I had specifically booked a laser appointment for 2:30 PM and travelled 30 minutes to get to the clinic. When I arrived, I was told that they had only booked one slot even though I had clearly booked two several days in advance. What made the situation even worse was that they took another patient, whose appointment was an hour AFTER mine, before me and left me waiting for approximately 45 minutes despite having a confirmed appointment. They had also already made me pay in advance, and when I raised the issue, I was told that they could not refund me. This is now the SECOND time I have experienced serious scheduling problems at this clinic. This clinic clearly overbooks customers and does not manage appointments professionally. There is very little respect for customers’ time, even when appointments have been booked well in advance and paid for upfront. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. If you make an appointment, be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour because their scheduling and customer service are extremely poorly managed.
