Magio Hair Experience – Al Mushrif

my recent visit: I’ve always loved Magio Hair Experience Salon — it’s been my go-to for nails, and I’ve always appreciated the skill and quality of the work your nail technicians provide. However, my recent visit was deeply disappointing, and I feel it’s important to share what happened. As a working mom, I came in that day specifically to relax. I was the only client there, hoping for a calm moment to reset. I have a sensitivity to strong lighting and was experiencing a migraine, so I kindly asked if the lights in the nail room could be dimmed. The nail technician kindly communicated this to the receptionist, who suddenly stormed in and switched on all the lights again, without explanation or concern. When I explained again that I had a migraine and that it was a serious health issue, the receptionist bluntly told me that the technician couldn’t work in that lighting, and I could leave if I wanted. That moment truly shocked me. I was not just a random walk-in — I’m a loyal customer who was paying for a premium mani and pedi. I expected empathy and understanding, not dismissal. I ended up in tears — not just because of the lights, but because of the total lack of care or basic human kindness during an already stressful day. It’s a shame, because the salon itself is beautiful, and the talent of the nail technicians is undeniable. But poor communication and lack of respect at the front desk can ruin the entire experience. We are human. We deserve to be treated with respect, especially in places that advertise rest, luxury, and self-care. I hope this feedback is taken seriously — I share it not out of anger, but with the hope that no other client, loyal or new, will have to go through what I did. Julia & Remelyne are top edge! Their work speaks for itself self Julia has this calm & zen attitude & Remelyne is a bubbly careful nail technician, both are amazing, 💯 & my fav Nouriiii the hairstylist never fails to make me the happiest with her hairstyles 🩷
