Liv Hospital

I went there on Friday, January 2nd, 2026, at approximately 7 PM, and the building was empty. There were no doctors, no receptionists, no staff, nothing, even though it says it's open 24/7. --- The place is terrifying; a brightly lit building with no employees.

Extremely disappointing experience. I tried calling LIV Hospital multiple times on different days and repeatedly requested a call back, yet no one ever answered or returned my calls. this level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of customer care

Walked in, and walked out. It was my first time at the clinic, and I was seeking urgent care. There was no receptionist, and the building seemed empty despite being 7:45AM and “open 24 hours”. I walked around and was able to find a cleaner who directed me to a different reception area- again, with no one there. I walked into an “authorized personnel only” area where I was able to find a doctor. He told me to sit at reception, where he’d send someone. I waited an additional 15 minutes before leaving. I didn’t feel welcome after all of that and didn’t trust them to care for my health. I would like to add that I came here again recently after they rebranded and unfortunately experienced the same level of discomfort. The receptionists told me that I would have to wait if I wanted to see a doctor, and that the doctors available would not be the same doctors that would be able to see at a later date (they are leaving the hospital permanently). I was told to sit and wait. No one took my name, phone number, UAE ID or anything. I sat there for 15 minutes again before I left. Very poor service.

I would like to express my concern regarding my recent appointment at your facility. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was informed upon arrival that the doctor was unavailable. This resulted in a considerable waste of time and caused significant inconvenience and this is not the first time they keep reposting the apportionment just saying he is not available!
