a week agoI just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Hobbs Clinic for being so lovely and kind during my treatment today. From the moment I arrived, the reception team were so welcoming and even helped me sort out my parking - such a thoughtful touch. The nurse was incredibly kind and reassuring, which really helped me feel at ease, and Dr. Wael was excellent - professional, attentive, and very skilled. Everything was handled so smoothly and efficiently. I really appreciated the care and warmth from the whole team - it made such a difference.

a month agobooked my appointment two weeks in advance, left work early, and arrived five minutes before my scheduled time. Despite this, I was still made to wait 20 minutes!!!!. I ended up leaving after that, as it was the fourth time this has happened. Unfortunately, this shows a complete lack of respect for their clients time. The last visit was the final straw for me — I won’t be coming back. Laser is mid anyways

2 months ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at the clinic. Thanks to Dr. Wael for the excellent filler treatment — completely painless, and I had no bruising or swelling the next day. The results looked very natural. I also had a Dermapen session, which was comfortable and left my skin feeling fresh and glowing immediately afterwards. Miss Aline was very kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable during the whole process. The clinic has a warm and professional atmosphere. I truly recommend them for anyone looking for high-quality treatments.
