She was honest throughout the process, never settling for ‘just okay’ until the outcome was exactly what I wanted. Her professionalism and commitment made the experience excellent, and I highly recommend her. Sarwat made sure everything was perfect and she was honest throughout the process she didn’t haste, she ensured me even if the process will take her extra time she will not leave me unhappily. She is truly professional , highly recommend her.

DONT guilt trip people with your Cancer Freya! Went in for a hair consultation and color. The hair stylist wasn’t even able to bleach my hair successfully to then dye it. I left after 1.5 hours of nothing done. Went to the reception to talk to Freya, I said “I feel like I wasted my time and would like to know the name of the colorist to review her”. Freya tells me “I don’t know why you’re trying to ruin my business, I just finished a year of cancer treatment. I stand by my staff” EXCUSE ME? Why are you trying to guilt trip people with your cancer so they don’t negatively review the useless staff you hire? What is this professionalism? Instead of trying to explain to me why her hair colorist wasn’t able to do a simple bleach, Freya decides to guilt trip me to not leave a bad review. How pathetic! Edit: After the owners reply- Freya, I never mentioned your cancer. YOU did. How would I know about this unless you bring it up yourself. You asked me to excuse your poor service because you had cancer. And again you’re trying to guilt trip me saying Shirley is a grandmother. How does that even matter to the bad service I was given that day? No I did not scream. No I did not shout. Stop making up stuff. Yes I took picture for this exact review. Yes I told you how bad your service was in the salon. Because if i didn’t, then you would write a reply saying “Oh you should’ve told us then and there instead of writing a bad review without telling us first”

I had my hair done by Sarwat this week and I can honestly say it was a fantastic first experience. She really listened to what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions on what would work best. Sarwat took her time and was incredibly thorough throughout the appointment. I’ll definitely be returning for future hair appointments, even with the 45-minute travel, it’s absolutely worth it!

Had an excellent service today, eyebrows threaded and coloured by Laxmi and a very good pedicure by Sarmila. I higly recommend using the service of Freya’s House of Beauty. Very professional service and nice relaxing atmosphere.
