a month agoMy experience with the employee (Lina) at this cosmetic clinic was very bad and completely unacceptable. Her manner is unprofessional and unkind to customers, and she acts with obvious dissatisfaction as if she is not interested in serving them. The information she provides is inaccurate and contradictory; what is said on WhatsApp is completely different from what is said during the phone call, which causes confusion and undermines credibility. What's worse is that instead of taking responsibility and resolving the problem, she justifies and defends the employees' mistakes as if the fault is the customer's. This level of treatment harms the clinic's reputation and makes the experience very annoying and unprofessional.
