Facette – Business Bay

I came back to the OG Branch for a girl’s day with my friend. We both did Glow Factor facial, one of my favourites. Every technician I’ve met with has always been thorough with my skin, even if they’ve treated me before. They always ask about the skin health and always modify the treatments to adjust for my eczema which flares up because of travels or weather changes. Today I was pampered by Daria who was very informative, answered all my questions, continuously voiced what she was doing and the purpose of the treatment, even offering to change one product for another on account of my eczema flare up. I’ve been visiting them for years, I cannot recommend them enough. Everything from the their decor to service and staff etiquette is 12/10. My favourite thing about Facette is that no one is ever trying to force me to buy a product? It’s always extremely respectful, there are recommendations, but if you tell them what products you’re using at home and they believe the products are appropriate for your skin, they genuinely just let you be. And even if they don’t agree with it, they’re more focused on educating you as to why you’re wrong instead of saying “hey buy what we use”. Keep up the great work, team Facette! Also shout out to Wella who’s always so cheerful and welcoming whenever I visit, even if it’s been literal years.

Yulia is absolutely an angel. She is warm welcoming and very professional. I am blessed to have such a nice lady for my skin treatments in Dubai. I had done micro needling , fire and ice facial and today we had face yoga. Ladies please don’t spend any where else except on face yoga. We all had no idea how beneficial it is for our skin. Yulia is a star for today’s treatment as always. I instantly can see the difference in my face. My skin was glowing , my jawline was obvious and my eye area was more enhanced with one treatment. Nobody gave me extra Durham to write this review. I am a very honest person and I really like their services, products and customer service is excellent. Marry at the reception is darling too.
