in the last weekI had a very disappointing experience at your salon due to the behavior of the lady who calls herself a manager and handles WhatsApp communications. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concern, she told me, “Why do you keep coming for the free fix? The problem is with you, not with us.” This is completely unacceptable treatment for a loyal customer. Most of the time, the lashes don’t stay long, which is clearly due to poor-quality glue — many of my lashes fall off the very next day. Because of this, I occasionally requested a free fix (which is offered), but not every time. I always follow the proper aftercare steps, so the issue is not on my side. The manager’s communication is also a problem, she frequently sends confusing voice notes and doesn’t speak English clearly, making it very difficult to understand anything. The overall experience lacks professionalism, respect, and proper customer service. As someone who works in customer service, I can confidently say her approach is unprofessional and shows a lack of basic customer care. I have since switched to another salon that is far more professional and polite, and I regret ever recommending her services to my friends.
