Eyelash Secret Ladies Salon

A horrible experience. I will never come back or recommend this place. I booked an appointment two days ago to get eyelash extensions. Before starting, I clearly showed the lash technician the exact style I wanted, choosing it directly from her catalog. After almost two hours, the result had nothing to do with what I had asked for, and the workmanship was extremely poor. This is not my first time getting eyelash extensions, so I know very well how to tell the difference between a good job and a bad one, and this was frankly disappointing. When I looked in the mirror and saw the disaster, I asked her to remove the lashes because I was embarrassed to leave the place looking like that. She responded that she could “add more lashes,” which I refused, as the issue was not the amount, but the fact that the result had absolutely nothing to do with what I requested: a cat-eye design. What she did was truly horrible. After insisting several times that she remove them, she started cutting the extensions with scissors, which obviously did not improve anything. When I told her I didn’t like them because it was not what I had asked for, she shouted at me saying that the problem was my eyes, not the lashes. The lash technician who did this was Gulnora. In the end, I had to leave and go directly to another salon to have the lashes removed immediately and properly. To make matters worse, they blocked me on the Fresha platform, although honestly, I had no intention of ever setting foot in any of their salons again.
