They’re always ready to answer my questions and make sure everything is taken care of. There was even one time when I missed my appointment, and they immediately sent me a message and even called me to help reschedule. I really appreciate how they make sure my appointments and visits with the doctor are always up to date. ❤️ And of course, Dr. Basel is amazing! He’s very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with the whole team. I was really nervous! But from the moment I arrived, the reception team was so kind, friendly, and reassuring. They kept telling me that it would be a quick and painless treatment and helped put me at ease. And YES… they were absolutely right! The whole procedure was so smooth, and I honestly didn’t feel anything. Dr. Irshad completely removed my fear and made the whole experience much easier than I ever expected. What I also really appreciate is that the reception team called me the next day to check how I was feeling after the extraction. That little follow-up meant a lot and really shows how much they care about their patients. ❤️ A huge THANK YOU to Dr. Irshad and the entire Dr. Joy Circle Mall team.
