Update: It has now been over two weeks since the reply to this review, and despite the response, no one has reached out to me by call or message. I was genuinely prepared to remove this review if the issue had been addressed, but the continued lack of follow up only reinforces the absence of care from management and their front desk. At this point, I will not be visiting, and this review will remain as an honest reflection of the experience, in the hope that upper management takes these things seriously next time. _________________________________ I’m sharing this review purely based on my experience with the clinic’s management and reception, not the doctor himself. I have great respect for Dr. George and his work, which is exactly why I have been trying to secure an appointment with him since the beginning of 2025. I fully understand that he is very busy and often fully booked. What has been extremely disappointing is the way the clinic handles appointments and communication. Every time I reach out, I am simply told that I’ve been added to a waiting list, with no follow up, no updates, and no effort to secure an appointment even months in advance. I’ve made it very clear that I’m more than willing to wait one or even two months if needed, yet there is never a confirmed slot or proactive communication. As an existing patient, it is quite disheartening to feel that I am not considered a priority at all. I have had to constantly follow up myself, and still receive no clear answers or accommodation. At no point did anyone from management reach out to address the situation or offer a solution. Unfortunately, the clinic’s reception and customer service experience has been poor, unorganized, and frankly disrespectful. For a clinic of this caliber, I expected much better communication and patient care. I’m sharing this so others are aware and in the hope that management takes this feedback seriously and improves how patients are treated.

If you ever consider getting a Rhinoplasty the only person you should go to is Dr. George Ziade! Best experience and best results, results way beyond expectations. So grateful and thankful for Dr. George as he is the BEST!! 🫶
