a month agoI visited &brows after seeing a video review online and I’m so glad I did! I booked a brow treatment online with Abby, but when I arrived I discussed my requirements with her and we decided on a different treatment to the one I originally booked because it was more suitable for me. I got my brows threaded and a hybrid tint, and I’m so happy with how they look - and they still look great three weeks later. Abby was professional but very friendly, funny and made me feel relaxed like I was with a friend. The salon is beautiful and the chairs are so comfy. I would recommend this place and I’ll be back next time I’m in Dubai.

a month agoI’m really disappointed with my recent experiences at this salon. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time I even recommended so many friends because I genuinely loved their work. But lately the service has completely changed. Twice now they’ve overbooked me and left me sitting there for 15+ minutes. This time I booked specifically with Abigail at 2:30. I arrived on time, and instead Noor came to take me in. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I accepted, but then she asked me to wait “2 minutes” while they finished another client. I ended up waiting around 15 minutes, even though I had another appointment to get to. Meanwhile, I could see Abigail walking in and out of the salon without even acknowledging me or explaining the delay. No communication, no apology, nothing. For someone who has been so loyal to them, this is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’m genuinely unsatisfied with the service this time and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. This is not how you treat loyal customers.

2 months agoHonestly, don’t even waste your time going to this place. I specifically requested a certain artist, and without my permission my eyebrows were done by someone completely different. I only found out at payment that another artist had worked on me, and she seemed unprofessional from the start. She didn’t understand what I needed, and I have very difficult eyebrows to work with. I left unhappy with the result and overall disappointed with the service. Not recommended.
