I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I booked a facial appointment weeks in advance and everything was confirmed with me again two days before the appointment. When I arrived at the clinic, I was shocked to find out they had booked me for Salmon DNA, which is something I never asked for. On top of that, when I came at my scheduled time, they were already treating another patient in my slot. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and organization. I waited and came on time for an appointment that I booked weeks in advance, only to find out they changed the treatment and gave my slot to someone else.👎🏼👎🏼
