in the last weekللأسف تجربة سيئة جدًا. مرّ 4 أسابيع كاملة على الإجراءالطبي ولا توجد أي نتيجة نهائيًا، مع أن المدة الطبية المعروفة لظهور النتيجة هي 7–14 يوم. منذ أسابيع ونحن نسمع نفس الجملة: “اليوم سنرى الموضوع” بدون أي حل فعلي. العيادة ترفض استرجاع المبلغ، وخدمة العملاء كانت سيئة جدًا، غير متعاونة، وبدون أي إحساس أو احترام لحق المريض. أشارك تجربتي بكل شفافية حتى يكون الناس على علم قبل اتخاذ قرارهم.
