Honest Review for AIA Beauty (First-Time Client) I wanted to share my experience as a first-time client at AIA Beauty, especially because I purchased their promo package and expected the same quality of service as any other client. Lack of proper consultation - When I arrived, I was looking for the doctor to have my consultation. Instead, an older staff member—who seemed to be the head of the staff—handled it. I won’t mention name, but I was surprised that there was no doctor or even a professional consultant available at that time. Unsafe procedure and unprofessional behaviour - One of my sessions resulted in a burn on my skin due to the laser. I immediately complained, and although the staff member tried to amend and assured me it would be okay, I couldn’t ignore the fact that she seemed unfocused during the procedure. She was also taking phone calls—which I believe should be the receptionist’s responsibility. This felt very unprofessional and unsafe. Still, I gave the clinic another chance. Rushed service - Another session felt very rushed. The staff mentioned that a blogger/influencer was coming that day, and I could clearly see that the process was done more quickly than usual. I believe every paying client should be treated as a priority, and services should always be delivered with the same level of care, fairness, and respect. Unfair comments about my promo package - The staff also told me not to mention that I still had more sessions compared to the normal package because mine was a promo. I didn’t understand why this needed to be hidden. If the clinic offers a promo, clients should still receive fair, transparent, and equal service. I’m sharing this review because I don’t want other clients to experience the same issues. We all work hard for our money, and when we pay for a service—promo or not—it should be safe, professional, and handled with care.

The experience was underwhelming. As a first-time client, there was no doctor consultation to explain the HIFU procedure. When I asked about the machine brand, staff couldn’t provide an answer. I was also told to return only “if I’m not happy with the results,” which shows a lack of understanding — especially since HIFU shouldn’t be repeated unless it’s a superficial type. Overall, there seemed to be limited industry knowledge or proper guidance.

I’ve been going to AIA Aesthetic Beauty for over 2 years now, and I can confidently say they’re consistently amazing. Nurse Jovie and Baby are always so professional, kind, and accommodating. They make every visit comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality care and great results!

It was our first time here, and honestly, it was a disappointing experience compared to other facial salons. The staff were unprofessional—talking loudly and even using their phones while performing the treatment. There was only one nurse handling both my husband and me, which made the experience feel rushed and impersonal. On top of that, the waiting time at the reception was unnecessarily long. Lesson learned—there really is a price for everything. We chose the Buy 1 Get 1 package, so maybe that’s why we received such poor service. But still, we paid with our hard-earned money and expected at least a decent experience. Very disappointing.
