3 weeks agoYesterday i visited clinic and my explanation was all about botox for lines between my eyebrows and doctor said you should do fillers for that because its very deep but i told her i dont like fillers and i normally do Botox.. while injecting she said press on your teeth! I was wondering why so i pressed and suddenly she injected in my cheeks! I thought there is extra and she injected! I was in hurry as my small daughter was continuously mama and mama! I went to cashier she said 100 extra than what told me over phone before going to them! I said why! She went and checked with doctor then came back saying doctor did full face botox !! I said i didn’t ask to inject my cheeks in fact i was shocked! Receptionist was quite! My daughter continued crying lets go so i paid and left. This is bad behaviour of some clinic. Should be clear and must ask do you want to inject in this area or not! I am Not happy at all and will never do any procedure with them! If anyone from clinic reads it, check camera and conversation i had with doctor it was only about eyebrows

Dr. Tajbor was absolutely amazing kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed and felt really well looked after the entire visit. You can truly tell this clinic cares about their patients. Such a positive, friendly environment highly, highly recommend! 🌟
