a week agoI had a very disappointing experience at Style Express. I was initially told AED 99 for 5 services (9 points, as per their leaflet), but after completing the service, I was charged AED 180, which is unacceptable and misleading. The manicure and pedicure were extremely poor. They did not even have a proper pedicure machine, and the salon had no AC, making the experience very uncomfortable. What was more frustrating was that the price was changed only after the service was completed, leaving no option to refuse. They use multiple promotional leaflets to confuse customers and manipulate conversations, which feels very unprofessional. Honestly, anyone visiting Karama Centre can walk into almost any random parlour and get much better service at a better price. I would not recommend this place.
