Highly recommend Zieda Beauty salon if you are looking for a premium/ luxe beauty experience that is unparalleled in Dubai as of date. The ambiance was welcoming, the salon aesthetic is beautiful, but the little touches like chocolates with your coffee&tea , personalised water , and the incredibly friendly staff made the whole visit such a special treat.

I am extremely disappointed with my today’s visit at the Zieda beauty lounge on 12.08.2025 and the Japanese manicure service (hands) I have done: 1. The technician didn’t follow the exact right procedure and buffed my nails without paste first (without telling me what she is doing so I didn’t even blink), so even now after application of all ingredients they look scratched. When I asked her why it looks scratched, she said or it’s because of buffing - Bingo. I was restoring and growing my healthy nails after gel manicure for about a year, now they again look scratched. This is extremely baaaaaaaddddd why would you buff completely healthy nails??????? Now they look scrached as if I just removed gel. In Japanese manicure no dry buffing !!!!! I asked her was it necessary - she said yes without it they won’t shine and ingredients won’t absorb. Not true! It shows that staff doesn’t know procedures. 2. She was extremely harsh while cutting cuticles and eventually cut me. I felt uncomfortable like in the butcher shop the whole procedure and it was painful. While making a cut - it wasn’t sanitised. And then while harshly rubbing in the ingredients it opened up again and again wasn’t even sanitised. I hope there will be no infection. 3. While applying the paste she was rubbing ingredients and twisting my nails extremely harsh that I started sweating and she was sweating. I asked her why like this, she said it’s normal for the nails to shine. It should be gentle application otherwise you damage and thin the nail. 4. While working on the nail lengths she just chopped the nail fast and it was too short. Usually before chopping it all, please cut less show the client and agree on the length. Now one of nails is very short in comparison with others. 5. There were other things also that were quite not pleasant and concerning but I am concentrating now on the manicure procedure itself as this what people are coming for first of all. On the other side, the girl who did my toe nails did everything correctly, was gentle, didn’t scratch my nails as she performed buffing correctly with the paste not without it. She was gentle while cutting cuticles and applying ingredients. Two completely different experiences. It was my first and last time in this lounge.

Prime location, flawless professional service and high quality materials, positive welcoming staff and chilling atmosphere with cosy Jumeirah vibes. Amazing experience with manicurist Fatane 🫶 She was very understanding and had strong attention to details and all my needs. Receiving compliments about my nails almost every day. It’s my second week, and manicure still looks fresh and strong. Looking forward to come back! Thank you🌻

I was visiting my dentist near by and I had to kill sometime so I decided to go for mani and pedi in the area. I found Zieda’s beauty lounge by pure chance and I really loved the place how they welcomed me even though I came without an appointment they accommodated me right away and did my nails in such a professional way ( Russian style) and the hair specialist EKta washed and braided my hair so nicely. I liked the way Ekta handled my difficult African hair and I decided to come back to do hair treatment because she was so gentle on my hair and didn’t try to sell me anything although my hair was big in nice shape when I came to them. I really enjoyed my experience thank you and see you next time for hair treatment and color!

Had an amazing experience trying the hair spa treatment along with lash lift and pedi mani’s as well. Lovely ladies and amazing service will definitely pass by again once am back to dubai inshallah!
