I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience with this hospital and Dr. Levante. From the beginning, I felt like this place works more like a factory. I often felt like just another number rather than an actual patient. Everything seemed focused on getting the procedure done, but once the surgery was over, I felt completely forgotten. It has now been more than 6 months since my rhinoplasty, and I’m still having problems with my nose. I have an external scar that is still open, and my nose has a lot of bumps and irregularities. What has upset me the most is the lack of follow-up and concern. Nobody really contacted me afterwards to properly check how I was healing or how I was doing. I had to contact them myself to try to get an appointment, and even then, they kept changing the appointment. The organisation was honestly very poor and frustrating. I understand that every rhinoplasty has a recovery process and that results can take time, but I expected to feel supported and cared for, especially when I was still having concerns more than six months after surgery. Overall, I regret choosing this place. I really wish there had been more personal attention, better communication and proper follow-up after such an important procedure.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with this surgeon. I came in for a secondary (revision) rhinoplasty with one single request: to lower the tip of my nose. During the consultation, the doctor assured me that he could handle this easily. Unfortunately, the outcome was the exact opposite of what I asked for. Instead of lowering the tip, he reduced its size and made my nose even shorter. For the first six months, it looked acceptable due to the post-op swelling. However, once the swelling fully went down, I realized my nose had become unnaturally small and remained just as upturned as before. It now looks completely artificial and does not fit my face at all. Beyond the poor surgical result, the patient care and communication are unacceptable. I spent so much time, emotional energy, and effort on this recovery, yet the doctor seems entirely indifferent to his patients. His assistant completely ignores messages. When I explicitly asked why my tip was reduced without my consent, I received no response. I strongly advise against choosing this surgeon.
