The staff at the clinic is genuinely friendly, which I appreciated. However, I found their invoicing system to be a bit unreasonable. They charge a consultation fee even if you go ahead with the procedure, something most clinics typically waive if you proceed with treatment. Still, I respected their policy and paid it. What I found more frustrating was the follow-up process. After the first session, a two-week check-in is standard practice to assess results and address any unevenness. In my case, a small correction was needed, but I was charged again for it. This felt excessive, most aesthetic clinics include such follow-ups as part of the initial treatment. Overall, the clinic’s pricing model did not seem patient-focused, which left me disappointed.

Dr. Irena Gjoshevska is a fantastic dermatologist and very knowledgeable and competent. She knows what she is doing, is impeccably professional, and her results are always good and in line with promises. For as long as she is working in Health Bay, it will be my dermatology destination.

I would like to share the experience of being cared for by Dr. Monika Brandão, she has fairy hands and always chooses the best treatment for my skin to make me feel young and natural, I always recommend her to all my clients also because of her professional experience and care with each person, I am very satisfied and I feel more beautiful every day at my 47 years old.
