in the last weekI went to this salon after reading great reviews, but it turned out to be the worst hair experience of my life. Alaa completely ruined my hair. I asked for burgundy highlights, but he clearly didn’t understand my hair type. He burnt my hair, and when I washed it after two days as instructed, all the color was gone. My hair became extremely thin and started breaking from the mid-length — not the roots. When I complained, he replied, “Even if God comes and dyes your hair, it will look the same.” Completely unprofessional. I had done the same treatment before elsewhere with no issues. I had to spend a lot of money on repair products and couldn’t even leave my hair open in public. I lost my confidence. Sharing before and after photos. Not recommended at all ‼️ Update after Salon’s reply: Thank you for your reply. I had already informed your staff immediately after the service. I was even called back and given a toner for free (on 1st September 2025), but that did not fix the damage — my hair was already burnt and breaking from the mid-length, not the roots (Still same since I had my hair done on 30th August 2025) I am sharing this experience so other clients are aware, because the damage was serious and nothing was properly resolved despite me complaining earlier.

My hair looks so fresh, natural, and beautifully blended. The salon itself is also worth mentioning—so clean, welcoming, and well-organized. 💕 And a special shoutout to Mary, who is always so nice and very friendly, making the whole experience even better.
