I chose a great offer for 3 sessions for 999 AED, which is honestly very good value. My first impression of the clinic was excellent: everything is very clean, well-organized, and the laser room is neat and comfortable, with a wardrobe for personal belongings — small details that really matter. Special thanks to my master Greetel — she was very gentle, attentive, and never rushed the procedure, which I truly appreciated. Now I’m looking forward to the results, but already I can say that this has been my best experience with a clinic in Dubai so far. I have previous experience, and I can confidently say that I’m very satisfied with both the clinic and the specialist. Highly recommend ✨

a month agoI had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I specifically agreed to treatment using the Candela GentleMax Pro machine, but when I arrived, they used a completely different machine without proper explanation. During one of the sessions, the machine stopped working midway, and I was asked to come back another time to complete it. Later, they contacted me saying the machine was not working and that they would call me once it was fixed, but I never received any follow-up, even after a week. When I finally requested a refund, the process became even more frustrating. It has now been 4 months, and I still have not received my refund. Customer service has been unresponsive and showed no concern for resolving the issue. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and stressful experience. I would not recommend this clinic.
