a month agoI made an appointment for nail extensions before my birthday, and my stylist wasn't there. They told me they had a new one. I knew it was a risk, so I asked if the stylist was really good at nail extensions, and they assured me everything would be fine. Now I've arrived, wasted my time and money, and the stylist tells me she doesn't know how to do nail extensions. To say I'm shocked is an understatement. They let me down on such an important day. I'm so sorry, because this was my favorite salon, and I've been a loyal customer for several years. I'm completely disappointed by this irresponsible situation! And what's more, the stylist was late.
