I can’t say enough good things about this clinic and Dr. Yulia. Her high level of professionalism, gentle care, and truly individual approach make every visit a pleasure. I always feel completely safe in her hands — she knows exactly what to do to achieve the best results without overdoing anything. I honestly can’t remember the last time my face looked this good. I trust her completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I only went for BBL laser there. Dr Yulia and Dr Vadim are very nice and knowledgeable. I ended up getting a package for the laser. I had a misfortune to get an appointment with Ellen, who is an owner. She did another treatment on me, without even discussing what it was and how much it’d be. At the end she asked an assistant to put a mask on me, as if I was not there. The only found out that is was extra 2k when I went to the reception to book my next appointment. She was “generous” and gave me 20 per cent discount 🫣. It’s a pity that something like this can ruin the whole experience. I have rosacea and would be going for the laser every 3-4 months after the initial 5 times. They’ve lost potential long term client.

The doctors, Dr. Natella and Dr. Julia are always polite, professional and experts in their fields. The clinic is clean and well equipped and the staff is reliable and professional.
