I had a few procedures done at the same time with Dr. Basil, and so far I’m really happy with the results. It’s still early to see the final outcome, but everything is healing beautifully, and I’m genuinely looking forward to the full transformation. Dr. Basil made me feel confident and at ease from the start, and his work already speaks for itself. Luz, on the other hand, has been an absolute gem throughout the journey. She’s been incredibly gentle during my aftercare, whether it was removing stitches or doing micro-needling on my scars, which are now practically invisible. She’s always so kind, helpful, and proactive, constantly checking in and making sure I feel good in my skin. Even when I messaged her at odd hours, she replied with such care and reassurance. With my tight schedule, she worked around every limitation to fit me in, always coming up with thoughtful solutions so I could return to work looking flawless. Her support and dedication have made all the difference.

I had my session with Dr. Reem, and I can confidently say she’s amazing! So professional, gentle, and I barely felt a thing her hands are incredibly light. I did Endolift, and I’m already seeing great results. Overall, such a smooth and positive experience. Totally worth it and definitely planning to visit again soon!

First time I go to any of the Novomed clinics, of course I had to because I actually went there for Dr. Reem only, I've done treatments with her before in previous facilities Honestly she's a hidden gem, she's honest and skilled and her recommendations are always on-point and provides creative solutions so its very refreshing to do things that are actually good for your skin but also provide good results that make you look great! I tried several drs before but no one is as good as Dr. Reem, she's the best!
