The owner is a woman who has absolutely no respect for her clients—or even for herself. I decided to request a partial refund for services I was dissatisfied with at this salon. She initially agreed, but it never happened. My calls and messages were ignored. I was forced to go there in person to try to resolve the issue peacefully. The owner behaved like a spoiled child—she wouldn’t let me speak or discuss the situation. She even laughed at me when I told her I was only three days post-surgery and wanted to avoid any conflict. Then she threatened to call security simply because I was standing up for my rights and trying to handle everything respectfully. Her excuse for not issuing a refund was my honest review on Google Maps about my experience. Honestly, I feel sorry for her embarrassing behavior. She left me no choice but to raise my voice after all her threats and blatant disrespect. She got scared that other clients in the salon would hear what was happening and immediately offered the refund again—but, of course, it never came. I truly hope this salon undergoes major changes and that the owner grows—both mentally and professionally. They can keep the money they stole from me, if it helps them improve.
