in the last weekI would give this clinic/doctor 0 stars, not even 1. I waited an hour and a half before I was finally seen. When I got in, I explained to Dr. Aya that I had been experiencing tooth pain for the past two days and that my tooth felt itchy and sensitive, and that I likely needed my cavities filled. Instead of addressing the issue I came for, she started cleaning my teeth. That was not my main concern at the moment. She applied local anesthesia on only one side of my mouth and then began drilling into my gums instead of my teeth, which was extremely painful especially on the side where there was no anesthesia. After that, she told me that if I wanted to fill the cavities, I would have to wait another hour. This made no sense to me. In my experience, when someone comes in with pain from cavities, the logical step is to treat the cavities first and then proceed with cleaning later if needed. I left the clinic feeling more pain than when I arrived, which is completely unacceptable. She also tried to explain that this was some kind of “new technology” or technique because I hadn’t visited a dentist in a year. But cavity treatment and cleaning procedures shouldn’t work this way. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

2 weeks agoDr hana was professional and very kind . It's rare to find a doctor I trust as much as I trust a doctor hana.She is very experienced in her work and nice in her treatment. I wish her more success. Just i would like to mention i didn't continue my treatment there due to the high price and cost. Compere with a lot of medical centers they are the most expensive centre in the city. Be aware before you visit the centre and ask about the cost . Almost the cost is too much .

Honestly, they are the best and most skilled doctors I have ever dealt with. They are experienced, efficient, and have excellent customer service. I had the best teeth cleanings and fillings with Dr. Kamal, and the best implant surgery with the most skilled implant specialist, Dr. Hassan.
