I recently went to Dubai for the treatment of my hair condition, alopecia. At first, I wasn’t sure and didn’t have much confidence in their treatment, but trust me, if you’re planning to go, you definitely should. The staff there are very cooperative. And the assistant, Kajal, was especially very gentle — she took my vitals so nicely and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

I would like to commend Nurse Melina for the excellent care she provided during my visit. She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure to check up on me regularly. Her warm and accommodating approach made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. It’s clear that she genuinely loves her work, and her dedication truly shines through. I believe she deserves recognition for her outstanding service — she definitely deserves a raise.

I am regular to this clinic for 4 years . But since last 3 weeks I’m Extremely disappointed with the service at Aster Clinic Sheikh Zayed Road. I visited the clinic this week when I was very unwell with a high fever, and the experience was honestly terrible. I was given a shot for the fever, but there were absolutely no nurses or staff properly attending patients. My hand started swelling badly after the injection, and despite repeatedly pressing the emergency bell and even calling out loudly from the room, nobody came for almost 10–15 minutes. I finally had to call the support number myself and ask them to contact the clinic internally so someone would come and attend to me. This level of negligence in a medical facility is completely unacceptable. The next day, I went back for a follow-up and was informed that the doctor was unavailable. The staff promised they would call me once the doctor became available, but nobody bothered to follow up. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of coordination afterward. Even after the doctor sent the prescription, the clinic staff failed to send it to the pharmacy on time. I had to continuously follow up from 10 AM until 6 PM just to get my prescription forwarded properly. Very poor patient care, terrible follow-up, and highly irresponsible handling of patients. Based on my experience, I would definitely not recommend this clinic.
