in the last weekVery disappointing experience. Before booking, I specifically asked if they have CO2 laser machine, and I was told yes. Based on that, I booked an appointment and drove 40 minutes to get there. Once I arrived, the doctor informed me that they do NOT have that machine at all, and instead tried to offer an alternative service. This was extremely inconvenient, it shows poor communication and a lack of integrity

3 weeks agoGreat laser treatments and excellent results — the laser service itself is amazing. However, there’s room for improvement in customer service when it comes to appointment communication. It would be helpful to receive a confirmation message right when booking, since the confirmation currently only comes the night before and I often have to re-ask for the date. Improving this would really enhance the overall experience, especially for the price. 🫶🏻
