a month agoWorst experience ever. They have no manners. I asked the shop owner how she could let her customers leave dissatisfied with the service, and she said she didn't care, she had customers.

a month agoHonestly, they are extremely unorganized with appointments. On top of that, they don’t take responsibility for their own mistakes and leave customers dealing with the consequences. I honestly don’t recommend anyone to deal with them. I’ve been there twice, and both times it was the same experience. You end up waiting for over an hour, and then they tell you they can’t see you and that you need to reschedule. This came from the salon owner herself. Their customer service is very poor, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

2 months agoVery disappointed with the service. I did my lash extensions few times and every time they kept increasing the prices without informing. When they have offers, they say that this is only for new customers so existing customers pay double. They never answer on what’s app or calls and they last minute change your appointment. Reception is not polite and they seem to not care at all about the business.
