🚫❌ VLCC Laser Services: A Complete Disappointment! ❌🚫 WOULD GIVE ZERO STAR IF I COULD. I had the worst experience with laser services at VLCC. Right from the start, the entire process was unprofessional and frustrating. The staff is incredibly rude and uncooperative, and as soon as you book any service, they insist on taking the full payment upfront. However, once they have your money, the quality of service significantly drops, and they don’t bother to provide what they promised. In my case, the slimming manager booked me for a full-body laser session and assured me of extra services, as I wasn’t planning to get my back treated. She promised these additional services to convince me to go ahead with the booking. But when the time came to actually deliver on that promise, she completely denied any such agreement and asked me to pay extra for additional sessions! This kind of misleading and unprofessional behavior is just unacceptable. To make matters worse, the nurse or staff responsible for my laser treatments was downright incompetent. She would rush through my entire full-body laser session in less than 20 minutes, which is far from adequate for such a treatment, and unsurprisingly, there were no visible results at all. It was clear that she had no proper training or knowledge about what she was doing. It’s shocking that VLCC would hire staff who are so unskilled and unqualified for such delicate and expensive procedures. One particular staff member, an Indian lady, is notorious for making false promises during the booking process—promising extra services or better results just to secure payment. But once you have paid, their attitude changes drastically, and they start to mistreat and ignore you. I would strongly advise anyone considering laser treatments at VLCC to think twice before investing their hard-earned money. They lure you in with promises and false claims, but in reality, you end up with poor service, no results, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the disappointment and choose a more reliable and professional clinic instead!
