Shes telling to me direct (you want free service , sorry we are not charitable business ) .. and shes telling to me go ahead complaint the owner. Then she give your number i dont know if this is your number , very poor services ...omg will not recommend this yo anyone!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

2 years agoVery poor service,they say all of them are experts but sad truth is, they are not professionals. They applied nail polish which I guess is expired already because it wasn’t last until I reached home after all. Same I saw happened to another customer at the same time I was there in the salon, but they blamed to that customer it’s her fault she didn’t take a good care which was funny and customer looked helpless and confused. They will cut you skin when in the menicure and pedicure. Same thing happened to me in pedicure procedure and the lady who did it seemed doesn’t have patience at all. It was bleeding for many hours and still it’s paining even though after one week. Place wasn’t hygienic it was very dirty and they are using very cheap products. They are cutting your hair without wetting it just as they want and actually they don’t have any idea what they do. Please ladies think before you go…….

2 years agoWaiting is too much there and if they are doing your services and in between any Philippino customer will come they will leave you and they will do for them in between they will come to you. Today I went and it took 5 hrs for me bcz first 1hr i was on waiting when my turn came in between 2 Philippino custer came that lady leave me start doing for both the customer and I was waiting for her thn i asked her for me she told wait madam it will take time. I wasted my 5hrs there only for wax and manicure pedicure. I am Very frustrated with that. I will not suggest this saloon if you are not Philippino. Bcz their behaviour is not good. And most of the Philippine staff only.
