I received three different and conflicting explanations from three staff members about the number of laser tattoo removal sessions needed and the gap between them. One said 3 sessions with a 4-week gap, another pushed for 6–7 sessions with a 3-week gap, and a third said sessions should be booked after 6 weeks for safety. This inconsistency made me lose trust in the clinic’s credibility. I had already paid for a 3-session package, yet the information kept changing, which felt more like a sales tactic than professional medical advice. Unfortunately, it seems the focus is more on selling sessions than providing proper patient care.
