I came in to see Dr. Rabab, it will be my last time. Taking in so many patients in the same time just to make as much money as possible is so unprofessional. This is my last time here, I waited for two hours and ended up leaving. You should tell the patient how long they shall expect to wait and let us decide whether we can or not but to keep us waiting in the treatment room just to give us the impression that the doctor will come in any moment is very unethical. Definitely my last time to this clinic. I was there for 2 hours and a half and ended up leaving with no treatment. What a waste of time, very disappointment.

Dr. Rabab is honestly one of the most skilled doctors I have dealt with for fillers, and I truly trust her work. However, the clinic’s management was extremely disappointing. I was made to wait almost three hours, and from the beginning I had called to confirm whether certain procedures would be covered, and I was told yes. When I arrived, they registered me in the system under the wrong name and kept calling the wrong name, then later said they had already called me. Even after I waited for a long time, prepared for the procedure, and saw the doctor, the coverage for some treatments was suddenly refused. When I raised a complaint about the long waiting time and confusion, the manager spoke in an unprofessional manner and blamed me instead of handling the situation respectfully. Because of this poor management experience, I have not visited the clinic again. It is also worth mentioning that I recommended this clinic to others specifically because of Dr. Rabab, and they later told me they faced the same issues with the management and lack of organization, which shows that this was not an isolated experience.

They are terrible with appointments, there is absolutely no organization, you always have to be late and arrive an hour after your appointment.

I highly recommend Dr. Rabab she’s very friendly and professional.
