I had visited Dr Sai for gum cleaning and she was truly amazing. No pain and I was comfortable. Her assistant Lisa was sweet. Will surely visit her again and bring my family too.

I I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit. My appointment was with Dr. Randa who conducted a detailed check-up and cleaning, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions with patience. I also had a small area of decay treated during the visit, and the procedure was done efficiently and painlessly. I left feeling well cared for and confident in the quality of service I received. Highly recommend Dr. Randa at Tajmeel to anyone looking for skilled, compassionate dental care!

Update I talk with Mr. Saleh and he assured that concerns that I have will be resolved. He approached me in very friendly way - and took extra mile to make me happy. Today I visited clinic for deep cleaning with Dr. Sai and this time it was great. Excellent work with deep cleaning and she explained very well some concerns that I have. We clarified all questions and she is highly professional doctor. I think deep cleaning is very good procedure that you need to do if you have weak gums and it’s suggested to do it every 6 month. It’s beneficial to prevent a lot of gum health issues. They also explained that they have specialist in different areas: gum/paradontal, crowns, fillings, etc. that’s why you’ll need to visit different doctors. I am also looking forward to continue my dental treatment with other doctors. Advise: if you’re like me don’t be hurry - try to understand first and ask questions if something is unclear. Many thanks Mr. Saleh and Dr. Sai - they’re great professionals. Original Review The clinic looks like a high standard. I did regular cleaning with dr.… - I think it was done good way, but it took only 20 minutes (they charge ~450 AED for that, but you pay only 20% with insurance) while usually it takes 1 hour in other high standard clinics - I wish teeth be whiter after cleaning, and do it more gently. They also said for further deep cleaning you need to get another appointment and approval - it’s maybe ok but not fully understand why not do it in one run. For other issues like another deep cleaning and cavities I have to jump to other doctors - e.g. dr. Nuipoor. I prefer if I assigned one doctor who can do all treatments and remember me. In first appointment they were able to make xray and create a plan. Unfortunately they didn’t want to spend time enough to explain the plan - I will need to elaborate on that. E.g. I didn’t want to request crown - this good to have - but it is not what I wanted, just wanted to fix cavity. I am looking forward to visit them again - but I hope they can increase standards and handle it more carefully and take extra time with explaining. The receptionists and nurse did well on first visit and a follow up call. Besides all above everyone was very friendly. Advice: carefully review what is proposed, it will be your effort to get what you want.

I’m following up with Dr. Hani. He and his assistants are very nice and friendly, and I’m happy with the treatment I receive from them. However, I’m very unhappy with the receptionists and how appointments are handled. They refuse to make any changes, always saying the schedule is full even when it isn’t. It’s frustrating to travel a long distance to see my doctor and still be unable to because of the receptionist’s attitude and the way they speak to patients over the phone. Also, even when I arrive on time, I often have to wait 30-40 minutes before seeing the doctor because they give me the wrong arrival time and then tell me it’s not yet my turn.

This is by far the best dental service I had in my life. Dr. Sai was very patient and helpful. Her approach was simple and preventative and my dental health has been improved drastically.
