a week agoThey are all amazing and helpful until the payment is made. I truly regret having my Invisalign treatment with them for the following reasons: 1. Their team is careless and unprofessional. 2. Delays in delivering the retainers. 3. Delays in responding to inquiries and providing clarifications. 4. Lack of attention from their doctors. They provided me with faulty retainers without properly checking them. When I noticed the issue and contacted them for clarification, they did not even bother to respond. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and after-sales support. I expected much better, especially considering the cost of the treatment.

a week agoWe had a very disappointing experience with Zenon Dental Clinic. We paid around AED 20,000 for our daughter’s orthodontic treatment. Unfortunately, we were not provided with a proper treatment agreement clearly outlining the treatment plan, payment terms, or refund policy. During the treatment, our orthodontist was replaced. The new doctor suggested removing the braces our daughter had already been wearing for around six months and essentially starting the treatment from scratch with a different system. We refused, as this was unacceptable for us after such a long and difficult adjustment period. We were then assigned another doctor with a very inconvenient schedule. This meant spending around 1.5 hours in traffic every month, whereas we had originally chosen our first orthodontist partly because he worked on Saturdays, when travelling was much easier. March 2026, due to unforeseen circumstances and the loss of our source of income in Dubai, we had to leave the UAE and return to Kazakhstan. Our daughter’s treatment was not finished — there was still approximately another year or more ahead of her. We therefore asked Zenon to refund a reasonable portion of the amount we had paid, as we could no longer continue treatment in the UAE. They initially refused. Later, after we discussed our situation in a local community chat, someone from Zenon contacted us and asked us to delete our messages, saying that the clinic would reconsider the refund. We trusted them and deleted the messages. They then offered us AED 600, claiming that our daughter only had approximately two months of treatment remaining. We declined this amount and agreed that we would find a clinic in Kazakhstan, obtain an estimate for completing the treatment, and then discuss a reasonable refund with Zenon. We did exactly that. The new orthodontist in Kazakhstan assessed our daughter and told us that she would need approximately another 1.5 years of treatment, with an estimated cost of around AED 6,000. We sent this information to Zenon. They did not respond for a month, despite several follow-ups. Eventually, their response was simply: “Come back to us. We are ready to finish the treatment.” Unfortunately, returning to Dubai was not an option for our family. What was particularly disappointing was not simply the refusal to refund money, but the way the situation was handled. After discussing our experience in local community chats, we also discovered that other patients had experienced serious problems with the clinic. We are sharing our experience simply as a warning to other parents. Before starting expensive orthodontic treatment, make sure you receive proper documentation and a clear written agreement. Check exactly what happens if the doctor changes, the treatment plan changes, you have to relocate, or treatment can no longer be completed at the clinic. We wish we had done this ourselves. Please be careful and protect yourself before committing a significant amount of money to long-term treatment.

a week agoI'd like to share our experience with the Zenon Dental Clinic. We paid approximately 20,000 dirhams for braces for my daughter. Unfortunately, we weren't provided with any official documents or a proper contract outlining the terms of treatment, payment, and possible refunds. During the treatment, we were given a new doctor and offered a new specialist—a young woman who, to our surprise, suggested completely removing the current braces and installing a different system, essentially starting the treatment over again. Considering that by that point, my daughter had already been wearing braces for six months and had gone through a rather difficult adjustment period, this was unacceptable for us. After we declined, we were assigned a different doctor, but with a schedule that was extremely inconvenient for us. However, it was still better than starting treatment from scratch. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are now forced to leave the country and return to Kazakhstan due to the loss of our jobs. The treatment isn't finished yet—we still have about a year to go, and now we'll have to find a new orthodontist and pay for the continuation again. I contacted the clinic asking for at least a partial refund, given the situation, but they refused and didn't return a penny. We just have some advice: please be careful. Be sure to request all the documents, sign a contract, and make sure it spells out all the terms, including force majeure. You never know how a situation will play out—perhaps, like us, you'll have to leave the country urgently, and it's best to protect yourself in advance. I hope our experience helps someone. Reply to Zenon's reply: March 2026: They quoted me a refund of 600 AMD :))), hinting that they wouldn't consider working with a new doctor. Regarding the timeframe: they quote whatever's best for them at the time. If you need to pay, the timeframe is extended; if we're talking about a refund, the treatment is almost finished. August 2026: In Kazakhstan, they said the treatment would last another 1.5 years. I contacted Zenon again for a refund, but they remained silent for a month, then wrote back: "Come to Dubai and we'll continue the treatment." This is neither humane nor professional. That's how it is, friends:( Be careful, or better yet, don't bother. There are many good clinics in Dubai.
