a week agoGreat care from the doctor, but the pharmacy is extremely slow and disorganized. Only one person working, an hour-long wait, and no ticket system, just dropping paper prescriptions into a box. Other branches manage this much better.

3 weeks agoThe facility is clean, the environment is pleasant, and the staff are very accommodating and welcoming. A special shout-out to Nurse Vince Ranario for his excellent care and for making my experience so much less stressful. I’ve been through seven iron infusions, and I usually have a hard time having a cannula inserted because my veins are thin and tend to collapse. Finding a good vein is always a challenge for me. But thanks to Nurse Vince’s skill and patience, he was able to find my vein on the first attempt—and I didn’t feel any pain at all! Thank you, Nurse Vince, for your gentle care, patience, and professionalism. You truly made what could have been a stressful and traumatic experience much easier and more comfortable. I really appreciate your excellent service. Keep up the great work! ❤️

a month agoNurses staff amazing Doctor Nizrene nice Doctor approachable and Doctor Shaima and doctor pagoni but the pharmacy always had bad experienced ever since Please improve your service there’s huge patients coming to Mediclinic reem mall Medicine always out of stock ..pharmacist also must improve costumer service ..thank you
