Dr Moritz Bichler was extremely meticulous and precise — he took every care with what he did and led me through the whole process in such a professional way that I felt total confidence from start to finish. Dr. Moritz is an outstanding dentist. Having worked at different places and expirienced several dentists, he's the only one I rate with 5 stars. He always takes his time to explain treatments, materials, root causes, or preventive measures. You quickly realize that he's investing time and effort in advanced training by his knowledge about the latest developments in the dental sciences domain. He had some work to do on my teeth (renewal of old fillings, one new and one old crown, new night guard) over the years, and everything was performed to my fullest satisfaction. You realize the difference of someone paying attention to the detail, when you can't feel an intersection between the tooth and the crown with your tongue. I had different experiences from before. Dr. Moritz is taking advantage of the current and latest technology to achieve the best results. I remember when I needed a new night guard. To cut it short: The lab mixed something up and I ended up with two night guards in different materials at no extra cost. Both night guards were individualy fitted of course. After having left the UAE for few years now, I'd like to update my review. I still haven't found a dentist coming close to the level of precision and personal expectation - not in the US nor Europe. I recently needed some documents about my doctor visits and reached out to Dr. Moritz. In less than a week I had everything I needed. This service is outstanding!

Extremely Rude, incompetent and tried to over bill me. My experience with Dr. Moritz was an absolute nightmare which had negative consequences overtime.
