in the last weekVery disappointing experience. The doctor injected me with anesthesia and then left me waiting for around 45 minutes while attending another patient. Being left numb and unattended for that long is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I eventually left the clinic because I no longer felt confident in the level of care or respect for patients’ time.

a week agoI had to go there in the middle of the night because I first went to Saudi German Hospital, but their emergency department didn’t have a dentist available at night. While receiving a painkiller there, I searched online and found 24 Hours Dental Clinic. Ms. Kat was incredibly helpful from the start, giving me all the information and assisting me right away by WhatsApp and phone calls, I can't thank her enough! Dr. Wael Ashtar then took care of me and performed my tooth extraction with great professionalism and care. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring despite the situation. I also really appreciate how convenient this clinic is since they are open 24/7 and handle everything from root canals to extractions. Excellent service, and I’m very happy I finally found a dentist I can trust!
