2 months agoI visited the clinic last month and was very disappointed with the attitude of the receptionist/sales representative. Their behavior was unfriendly, unprofessional, and felt judgmental. No customer should be treated differently based on appearance. The clinic itself has always been good to me, but the way these staff members acted was unacceptable. I hope the management provides proper guidance and training so all customers—big or small—are treated with respect.
