I booked the Hydra Facial treatment and was genuinely impressed by the overall quality of the service, professionalism, and relaxing atmosphere of the spa. The treatment itself was outstanding — my skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, and noticeably brighter afterwards. What made the experience truly exceptional was the therapist who carried out the facial. She was highly professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step of the treatment and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Her attention to detail and caring approach made the experience feel very personalised and luxurious. a month agoI recently experienced the Gentleman’s Retreat package at Rayya Wellness at The Retreat Palm Dubai and it was truly exceptional. A special mention to Ashwadhi, who did an amazing job throughout the session. From the massages to the hammam, everything was carried out with great skill and attention to detail. I walked in feeling quite stressed, and by the end of it, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed — exactly what I needed after a long time. The overall ambiance is very calming, and the staff are highly professional and welcoming. The entire experience felt well-organized and premium from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and de-stress. I’ll definitely be visiting again.
