3 weeks agoVery unprofessional experience. During my LPG session I was lying on the treatment bed in the LPG suit when the clinic owner walked into the room without knocking or asking for permission. She even started going through items in the room and touched my personal belongings while looking for a key a previous client had left. A few minutes later that client herself walked into the treatment room without any warning and took the key from the table. No one asked for permission to enter and no one apologized. This is a serious violation of client privacy and completely unacceptable for a professional clinic. Clients deserve privacy and respect during treatments. This clinic clearly does not understand that.

3 months agoMy experience was truly wonderful ๐ค The staff were kind and helpful, making you feel comfortable from the very first moment. Everything was organized and clean. I loved their attention to detail and the way they explained things without making things complicated or pressuring you, especially with the owner, whom I call Star Ani. The services were excellent, and the results were clear. You truly felt that they cared about your comfort, not just the session itself. The reception was elegant, and the appointments were flexible. Every time I left, I felt relaxed and happy. With all their attention and the amazing results I saw on myself, honestly and sincerely, they truly transformed my life for the better. a year agoThis is bad slimming center i have paid for 5 sessions for lpg & when I want to book again she said you already done this not acceptable & iam complaining at consumer rights , every one has bad experience with this clinic please complain Don't compromise on your rights .

a year agoCOMPLAIN: They promised me that i will see results so i paid and did 6 sessions but there was no result!!! Do not go to them, they lie about the results! I want my money back!!!!!
