I had an amazing experience at Tess Avenue! From the warm welcome by the receptionist to the fabulous Moroccan bath, everything was perfect. Huge thanks to Deeptika for the exceptional service during my bath. The blow dry was also fantastic! The whole team made me feel relaxed and valued. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

My experience today in Tessavenue was amazing thanks to Iqra and Jhen. Jhen was very welcoming and explanatory over the phone when I called, when I arrived she directed me with a smile to Iqra who did a consultation for my scalp and hair. As I came in the last hour, Iqra recommended the scalp exfoliation treatment for this first visit which was wonderful! A cooling effect and sensation like I’ve never felt before! It felt like my scalp is breathing. I am going to try the Japanese hairspa treatment next, which was also recommended by Iqra. Iqra massaged my scalp super well and I could feel how she ensured my treatment is done perfectly and with dedication despite me arriving in the last hour before closing. She was excellent! Its my first time visiting Tessavenue and certainly not the last! I left feeling happy and refreshed after a long day and honestly cant wait to come back for more treatments! Jhen showed me around the salon and informed me of their services, she took the time to answer all my questions about some treatments and she was so so kind! Salon is so clean with a minimal design and positive relaxing atmosphere. PS: I was offered the best coffee & date I’ve tasted in a while! Will come back soon, Thank you SO much Iqra and Jhen 🌷

I had the most relaxing and refreshing experience with the Japanese hair spa, and I have to say — Emily was absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly professional, gentle, and detail-oriented. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and completely at ease. The scalp massage was beyond relaxing, and the products she used smelled beautiful and left my hair feeling soft, smooth, and deeply nourished. I noticed an immediate difference — less frizz, more shine, and an overall healthier look and feel. Thank you, Emily, for such a wonderful experience! I’ll definitely be coming back. I had such a wonderful experience getting a manicure and pedicure at Tess Avenue! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly. Terry who did my nails was not only professional and but also very attentive to detail and super friendly. She took her time shaping my nails perfectly and did such beautiful nail art. The pedicure was heavenly and the foot massage was phenomenal. I left feeling pampered and refreshed. Would highly recommend Terry !

The moment I walked in, I was struck by how beautiful and serene the space is—modern, welcoming, and full of light. Chalani is not only incredibly skilled, but also genuinely warm and attentive. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered great advice, and gave me a cut that felt fresh, flattering, and completely me. You can really feel the love and care that’s gone into creating this salon, and Chalani brings that same care to every client she works with.
